3. Products and Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your device’s display of any product will be accurate. All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without notice.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your placement of an order does not necessarily mean that we accept your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or place limits on your order for any reason. We will notify you via the email address or phone number you provide if we decline your order or limit the quantity of items you ordered.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• M-Pesa: Payments made to our designated Lipa Na M-Pesa Paybill Number.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available exclusively for orders within Nairobi.
• In-Store Cash Payments: Available for orders picked up directly from our physical shop.

All payments must be completed in full before an order is shipped, except for COD orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 0-2 business days.
• Delivery Time:
  • Nairobi: 24hrs.
  • Rest of Kenya: 1-3 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Return Period: We accept returns within 72 hours of delivery.
• Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and labels attached.
• Refunds: We operate a no money refund policy. Approved returns will be issued as a store credit or exchanged for another item.
